Overview
Established downtown Denver advertising agency seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations for three related corporate entities in a fast-paced, professional services environment.
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle accounting for multiple entities
- Month-end and year-end close
- General ledger, AP/AR, payroll preparation
- Client billing, media billing, job cost accounting, and intercompany transactions
- Financial reporting and variance analysis
- Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Liaison with external CPA and tax advisors
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years accounting experience; agency or professional services experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and multi-entity accounting
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Workamajig)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
