We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager for a growing company in Denver, CO. This role is ideal for an accounting professional with food & beverage experience who thrives in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of three accounting professionals
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close activities
- Oversee accounting operations for multiple business units
- Partner with operational leaders to improve financial performance and reporting accuracy
- Perform daily revenue reconciliation and posting activities
- Oversee financial reporting
- Monitor inventory and conduct COGS analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of accounting experience preferred
- Food & beverage accounting experience required
- Background in hospitality, catering, restaurants, hotels, entertainment venues, or event operations
- Prior supervisory or management experience preferred
- Strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $90,000-$95,000
