Ideal Candidate:

1. Have a proven track record in recruiting, sales, business development, or any other performance-driven environment.
2. Be adept at establishing credibility through building relationships with clients and prospects.
3. Demonstrate the ability to quickly and effectively build rapport with a diverse group of individuals.
4. Be a proactive, self-starter capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
5. Be motivated by uncapped earning potential and performance incentives.
6. Have a solid work ethic and sense of urgency ; strong organizational skills; attention to detail; ability to multi-task and prioritize.
7. Have the ability to work independently without supervision and collaboratively to overcome challenges.
8. Possess knowledge of ATS or CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, MS Office, and online resources, or willingness to learn through our in-house training.

Compensation & Benefits:

1. Monthly guaranteed income of $4,707.10 + commissions; top producers earn over $500k annually.
