Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Full cycle Accounts Payable
  • Full cycle Accounts Receivable
  • Bank/balance sheet Reconciliations (multiple accounts are a plus)
  • Month End Close, Year End Close
  • Fixed Assets, depreciation, and amortization schedules
  • Financial Statement Preparation/Creation
  • Budgeting/Forecasting
  • Inventory and/or Audit Prep
  • Tax Work – Sales and Use, Multi-State, Payroll
  • Tax Return Prep – Individual, Corporate, Property, Partnership
  • Cash and Accrual accounting
  • Processing Payroll
  • Experience with software implementations is a plus
  • Excellent Excel skills including pivots, look-ups, and formulas
  • Strong software experience including QuickBooks and at least 2 ERP systems (i.e. Sage Intacct, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Workday etc.)
