Position Overview

The Accountant will support full-cycle accounting activities across multiple entities and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records. This role will be involved in month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, cash management, and process improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate is eager to build upon a strong accounting foundation while gaining experience in a dynamic and diverse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain bank, general ledger, balance sheet, and intercompany reconciliations
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and accounting adjustments
• Assist with financial statement preparation and reporting
• Monitor cash activity and maintain cash balances
• Support cash forecasting and liquidity reporting efforts
• Assist with audits and special projects as needed
• Analyze accounting data and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Work across multiple legal entities and accounting structures
• Maintain accurate records and support compliance with accounting policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Experience with full-cycle accounting and month-end close
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting principles
• Experience preparing journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $80,000 - $90,000
