Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Full cycle Accounts Payable
- Full cycle Accounts Receivable
- Bank/balance sheet Reconciliations (multiple accounts are a plus)
- Month End Close, Year End Close
- Fixed Assets, depreciation, and amortization schedules
- Financial Statement Preparation/Creation
- Budgeting/Forecasting
- Inventory and/or Audit Prep
- Tax Work – Sales and Use, Multi-State, Payroll
- Tax Return Prep – Individual, Corporate, Property, Partnership
- Cash and Accrual accounting
- Processing Payroll
- Experience with software implementations is a plus
- Excellent Excel skills including pivots, look-ups, and formulas
- Strong software experience including QuickBooks and at least 2 ERP systems (i.e. Sage Intacct, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Workday etc.)
