Swift Debt Relief is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant / Bookkeeper to support our growing debt settlement company. This position will help maintain accurate financial records, manage bookkeeping and payroll, and prepare financial reports for company leadership and investors.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial transactions

Assist with biweekly payroll processing

Prepare biweekly and monthly financial reports

Prepare weekly/monthly reports for company investors

Reconcile accounts and assist with accounts payable/receivable

Maintain accurate and organized financial records

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred

Previous accounting, bookkeeping, or payroll experience

Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and accounting systems

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills

Ability to work independently and handle confidential financial information
