Account Services (Customer Service) / Production

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Account Services Representative to join our growing team and play a key role in our day-to-day operations.

In this position, you'll be at the center of the action- serving as the primary point of contact for customers while working closely with our production team to bring projects to life. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days are the same.

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate daily with customers, account executives, and production teams regarding project status, timelines, changes, and required information
• Gather and verify all job requirements with customers prior to production to ensure accuracy
• Enter detailed job specifications into internal systems and confirm proper scheduling within the production queue
• Coordinate with vendors, production staff, and customers to ensure timely and accurate execution of projects
• Identify and resolve job-related issues by collaborating with internal departments and recommending effective solutions
• Track and reconcile final production runs to ensure accurate documentation for billing purposes
• Participate in daily production meetings and contribute to continuous process improvements
• Maintain and update customer accounts and job records with accurate, current information
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and shipping teams, as well as carriers, to expedite and track shipments
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Account Services Manager and Sales team

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite of products
• Experience in commercial printing a plus
• Must be fluent in English

Pay

• Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 (Based on experience)
