Account Resolution Specialist Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Account Resolution SpecialistHourly Pay $19.00Position Summary:The Account Resolution Specialist reports to the Senior Account Resolution Specialist and is responsible for high-volume outbound collections to improve cash flow and reduce DSO. This role owns proactive customer outreach through calls, emails, and written follow-ups to resolve delinquent balances across a large, diverse customer portfolio.The ideal candidate is results-driven, persistent, and comfortable managing frequent outbound customer contact in a fast-paced environment. This includes helping to improve the Company's cash collections and DSO metrics.

The Account Resolution Specialist will work closely with the AR Invoicing and Cash Applications teams in providing the best experience to all customers.Key Responsibilities:Perform high-volume daily outbound collection calls, emails, and follow-upsManage an assigned portfolio of accounts with a focus on aged receivables (more than 30, more than 6060, less than 90 days)Drive timely resolution of unpaid balances through structured follow-up and escalationApply collection tools including dunning letters, skip tracing, and escalation proceduresPartner with Sales, Field Operations, and Customer Service to resolve billing issues and payment delaysMonitor account status and document collection activity accurately in systemsParticipate in monthly aging and performance reviews with leadershipIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve collections outcomesQualifications:· 2+ years of experience in high-volume collections, accounts receivable, or customer-facing financial roles· Proven ability to manage large portfolios and frequent outbound customer contact· Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills· Results-oriented self-starter with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines· Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Education and Training:Roles at this level require a college degree or a minimum of 2 years of related professional experience
