You enjoy getting to know people, understanding what they need, and following through on what you’ve agreed. We’re hiring an Account Manager in New Orleans to coordinate client relationships and help deliver a responsive, organized service.
You’ll stay in contact with assigned clients, communicate their requirements to colleagues, and keep requests moving. This role suits someone who combines an approachable manner with clear communication and attention to detail.
Your Account Responsibilities
- Maintain regular contact with assigned clients and provide progress updates.
- Clarify requirements, record requests, and agree next steps.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet agreed deadlines.
- Prepare meeting notes, account summaries, and supporting documents.
- Follow up on service concerns and escalate issues when needed.
- Identify additional client needs and discuss relevant services without making unsupported commitments.
Bring Relationship-Building Experience
Account support, client services, hospitality, sales support, or team coordination experience is helpful. You may have managed bookings, handled ongoing customer relationships, or coordinated requests across departments.
A specific degree isn’t required. We value professional communication, practical problem-solving, accurate records, and dependable follow-through.
Learn the Business and Your Accounts
You’ll receive guidance on company services, account processes, and reporting systems while developing your client communication and coordination skills.
