The Applications Development Team is a mature, centralized organization within the Technology Services Agency.Expected Responsibilities:Maintain and create new records for Accela Citizen AccessCreate reports for agency usersTroubleshoot configurations and customizationsWork with the Accela vendor to open cases and see the case through to resolutionSolve Accela outages, maintenance issues, and critical incidentsWork collaboratively with a cross functional agile teamWorks closely with infrastructure and application architects to ensure work meets development policies regarding deployment procedures and security standards.Provide technical oversight on project implementations.Work collaboratively with team members while taking guidance from Application Architect.The Ideal Candidate Will:Experience with Accela programming (JavasScript, RESTful API, XML, JSON)Accela configuration skillsAccela solution design and implementationReport developmentExcellent interpersonal communication skills to effectively communicate with users both verbally and in written communications.Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Self-starter that who can manage multiple tasks and effectively set priorities while responding to changing priorities.
