You'll work as part of the Permitting System Extra Capacity Team, maintaining and developing core platform features and integrations.Key Responsibilities:Configure and customize the Accela platform: scripting, expressions, standard choices, page flows, and user rolesMaintain and enhance integrations with third-party tools including Bluebeam, ESRI ArcGIS, and MSSQL systemsDevelop reports, database views, and stored procedures using SSRS and SQL ServerPackage and deploy both scheduled and off-cycle Accela releasesMaintain documentation, inline code commentary, and ensure all work aligns with SDOT and City of Seattle development standardsCollaborate closely with QA and business teams to troubleshoot and resolve defectsMinimum Qualifications:5+ years of experience with Accela Automation and Accela Citizen Access (ACA)3+ years of Accela experience within a municipal or transportation agency5+ years of hands-on experience with SSRS, MSSQL, and database development
