As an Academic Tutor and Mentor at City Year, you will support students’ academic growth and social-emotional development in public schools. Working within the Education, Training & E-Learning department, you’ll provide individualized and small-group tutoring in core subjects, track student progress, and collaborate with teachers to reinforce classroom learning. You will also serve as a positive role model, build strong relationships, encourage school engagement, and help create an inclusive, supportive learning environment.
