IT Operations Manager/AnalystBestway is currently seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager/Analyst to take responsibility for the oversight and management of the critical IT infrastructure within all Bestway store and office locations.
The role will require expertise in systems and network administration, telecom management, software and hardware deployment, reporting, managing service providers and any other technology needs requested by the company's leadership. This role routinely uses a variety of high-end sophisticated equipment that requires monitoring, scheduled maintenance, periodic replacement and repair. In addition, this department utilizes standard office equipment such as personal computers, phones, photocopiers, fax machines, and scanners.Position Type / Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position.
