WFH - Entry Level - Customer Service Agent
About the Role
We are seeking motivated, people-oriented individuals to help families better understand and enroll in supplemental benefit programs. This is a fully remote position that offers comprehensive training, professional development, and opportunities for long-term career growth.
In this role, you will meet with clients through scheduled virtual appointments, educate them on available benefit options, answer questions, and assist them throughout the enrollment process. No cold door-to-door sales are required.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct scheduled virtual meetings with clients via phone or video
Explain available supplemental benefit programs in a clear and professional manner
Assist clients with applications and required documentation
Build trust by providing exceptional customer service
Maintain accurate client records and follow company procedures
Follow up with clients to ensure a smooth enrollment experience
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
