In this fully remote role, you'll meet with clients through scheduled virtual appointments, educate them on available supplemental benefit programs, and guide them through the enrollment process.

Responsibilities
Meet with clients through scheduled phone and video appointments
Explain available benefit programs in a clear, professional, and easy-to-understand manner
Answer client questions and provide personalized recommendations based on their needs
Assist with applications and enrollment documentation
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and completed applications
Follow up with clients to ensure a positive experience and address any additional questions
Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and professional development
