Landscape Designer

1. Work under the direct supervision and report to the Licensed Landscape Architect on a daily basis.
2. Participate in landscape drawings and designs using Autodesk AutoCAD (computer-aided design) 3D modeling, and sketch-up.
3. Communicate design ideas with clients and project intermediaries to prepare site analysis, rendering drawings, construction documents and planting palette.
4. Coordinate all phases of assigned projects including conceptual design, master plan, design development, and construction administration.
5. Research building and relevant governmental rules/laws to assure regulatory compliance with local, state and federal standards.
6. Perform research and compile data as required by the project.
