Operations Research Analyst (0051-0008)

Apply quantitative and statistical methods to optimize IT asset disposition (ITAD) and data destruction processes. Collect and analyze operational data related to asset lifecycle, data security, and e-waste processing. Assist with the development of models to improve efficiency, cost, and throughput of ITAD operations. Assist with the design of key performance indicators (KPIs) and track KPIs for operations, compliance, and data security. Assist with forecasting and capacity planning to support resource allocation and processing volumes. Improve workflows for data destruction, logistics, and asset tracking. Use data analysis tools to generate reports and identify operational trends. Support cross-functional teams to implement data-driven process improvements.

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or related/foreign equivalent plus 1 year experience as an Operations Manager, Assistant Operations Manager, Operations Research Analyst, or related. Must have 1 year of experience (simultaneous and concurrent with the experience required above) with preparing and analyzing operational or operations research reports; and supporting data-driven process improvements.
