3rd Grade Teacher

Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Third Grade Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young learners, fostering their academic, social, and emotional development. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
• Assess and evaluate student progress through various methods, including tests, assignments, and observations.
• Provide individualized support to students to address their unique learning needs.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance instructional practices and share resources.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and best practices.
• Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe and respectful learning environment.
• Integrate technology into the classroom to enhance learning experiences.
• Organize and participate in school events, field trips, and extracurricular activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification or license for Elementary K-6 or Grades PK-4.
• Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Previous teaching experience in an elementary school setting is preferred but not required.

Hours- 8:35am - 4:05pm
