Job Responsibilities
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
- Maintain and operate palletizer machinery and shrink wrapper.
- Ensure the palletizer is supplied with necessary materials like slip-sheets, pallets, and shrink-wrap.
- Accurately count and report all products handled.
- Assist in troubleshooting and work with maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
- Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and complete all necessary documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to lift at least 60 pounds from the floor to a height of 50 inches.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in simple math with a calculator.
- Willingness to learn the Repete Automation System and operate a power industrial truck.
- Ability to work overtime if necessary.
- Safety-oriented and a positive team player.
Preferences
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Mechanically inclined individuals are preferred.
