Overtime opportunities available!Sign-On Bonus Available: $1,000-$5,000 dependent on level of experience!ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do:Operate Swiss CNC machines to produce precision medical componentsInspect parts using precision measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, indicators, and other inspection toolsVerify parts meet blueprint, GD&T, and quality requirementsPerform tool changes and basic machine adjustmentsConduct preventative machine maintenance and monitor coolant, lubrication, and machine conditionComplete first article inspections and in-process quality checksMaintain accurate production and quality documentationSupport continuous improvement and 5S initiativesWork closely with quality, engineering, and production teams to ensure customer requirements are metQualificationsWhat We're Looking For:CNC machining experience, preferably with Swiss CNC equipmentAbility to read and interpret blueprintsUnderstanding of precision measuring equipmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityMechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilityBasic math and shop math skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBonus Qualifications:Medical device manufacturing experienceExperience holding tight tolerancesGD&T knowledgeCNC setup experienceCNC programming experienceSPC experienceCNC machining degree or technical trainingrms Company Benefits:As a Cretex Medical company, rms offers a full benefit package to its employees.
