We pride ourselves on maintaining strict quality and safety standards while fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment.Position Summary:We are seeking a motivated and reliable Production Lead to support daily operations and lead a team of production workers. The ideal candidate will have experience in food manufacturing, a strong understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and the ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee production line activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and safetyMonitor team performance and provide guidance, coaching, and supportEnsure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and GMP regulationsTrain and mentor new employeesCoordinate with supervisors and other departments to meet daily production goalsAssist in troubleshooting equipment and workflow issuesMaintain accurate production and shift reportsSupport continuous improvement efforts on the floorRequirements:2+ years of experience in food manufacturing or related industryPrevious lead or supervisory experience preferredKnowledge of GMP and food safety standardsAbility to read and interpret production reports, procedures, and safety documentsStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusForklift certification is a plusBenefits:Competitive payHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysCareer growth opportunities401(k) plan (if applicable)
