Compensation: Litigation Attorney
- Competitive Base Salary: Ballpark $100,000-$150,000 DOE + Bonus

Requirements
- MUST HAVE - 2+ years of litigation experience
- Member of the Colorado Bar and in good standing
- First Party Property Damage experience is a plus
- Experience managing litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Ability to draft pleadings, motions, discovery and other legal documents
- Experience taking and defending depositions
- Strong legal research and analytical skills
- Ability to negotiate settlements and participate in mediation and arbitration
- Strong client communication skills
This attorney will handle first party homeowner property insurance claims involving matters such as hail, wind, fire and water damage, while representing homeowners in disputes with insurance companies throughout Colorado. xzgxqkn
