This role provides data-driven insights to improve decision-making, supports customer invoicing and reconciliation, and contributes to strategic planning and research initiatives across North America. The position acts as a key liaison between headquarters, internal stakeholders, and external customers to ensure operational alignment and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesManage navigation software license operations including forecasting monthly sales and purchase data and controlling map purchase costsAnalyze customer sales data to generate business intelligence insights for planning and decision-makingAdminister software license agreements including MSAs with headquarters and sublicense agreements with manufacturing entitiesPerform procurement activities including GR creation, PO review, and payment analysisManage MapCare invoicing and monitor customer account balances across multiple divisionsDevelop and enhance vehicle research and strategic planning reports for North AmericaOversee contractual management of navigation-related information servicesBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Engineering, or a related field5–10 years of experience in accounting, finance, procurement, business planning, or related disciplinesProficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPointExperience using collaboration tools such as JIRA and ConfluenceStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to influence stakeholders and work effectively with customersPreferred QualificationsExperience in the automotive industryBackground in financial planning or business analysisCustomer-focused mindset with strong negotiation skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven with ability to meet deadlinesSalary range: $83,940 - $120,032In addition to a competitive salary, this position offers a fantastic benefits package that includes comprehensive medical/dental coverage, generous PTO, education assistance, and annual merit increase eligibility in a growth-focused work environment.Team CultureOur team thrives on collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
