Owning and optimizing Zuora Billing processes, the full-time remote Zuora Billing Specialist will manage product catalog, pricing, subscriptions, and invoicing while enhancing billing operations through automation and collaboration with Finance and Sales teams. Key responsibilities Optimize Zuora Billing, including product catalog management and payment processes Manage and troubleshoot the Salesforce-Zuora integration for accurate data flow Analyze billing data to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvement Required qualifications Hands-on experience with Zuora Billing, including SKU configuration and workflow automation Understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, particularly with Zuora for Salesforce integration Strong knowledge of SaaS subscription billing concepts such as ARR and MRR Familiarity with quote-to-cash processes and the interactions between Sales and Finance Analytical mindset focused on continuous improvement and efficiency
