Here is the experience we are looking for in the Records BA.
- 5 years of business analysis experience required
- Ability to elicit, create and test user stories is required
- Experience testing and validating the product against user stories before sending it to stakeholders required
- 5 years’ experience with scrum methodology required
- Experience working with and managing backlog/sprints in tools like Azure DevOps or Jira required
- Good organizing skills required
- Ability to work with and present to business stakeholders, scrum teams of developers, testers and project managers required
- Ability to identify and act on gaps and issues pro-actively
- Ability to facilitate UAT sessions working with the stakeholders required
- Need to be able to work remotely but available on Microsoft Teams during work hours within 15 minutes
- Professional scrum master and other business analysis related certifications preferred.
