Zero Trust Systems EngineerSECURITY CLEARANCE: TS/SCI with both Polygraphs are requiredLOCATION: Ft. Meade, MarylandJOB DESCRIPTION:CSG is searching for a "Zero Trust Systems Engineer" to provide technical support and systems engineering support to the ICAM/Zero Trust team.The candidate will support the definition of ICAM products to support Zero Trust(ZT) security implementations.The candidate will work within the ZT ICAM team and with the existing ICAM capability teams to perform capabilities/requirements definition, architecture and design, technology assessments, and support risk mitigation assessments.Other duties will include:researching and analyzing cloud security environmentsidentifying capability gaps and enhancements for current ICAM servicesproviding implementation processes, tools, and techniques, and hardware and software considerationsproviding technical expertise in industry standards, and federal and DoD policiescreating and maintaining ICAM Zero Trust documentation to include release notes, installation and user guides, frameworks, SOPs, and plans in accordance with Zero Trust mandatesassisting the software developers with: tracking requirements, sprint planning, and scheduling, support to design changes, and testing supportDesired Skillsknowledge of CAPCO and CUI Standardsknowledge of ABAC and ICAM Capabilities and integrationexperience with SW development methodologiesability to solve complex system/integration problemsexperience briefing senior-level managementdemonstrated engineering experience on programs with requirements, functional analysis, and allocation, conducting system requirement reviews, developing CONOPS and system architecturesstrong verbal and written communication skillsSystems Engineer, L3-BCERTIFICATION: any of the SANs certification around security (ie: CISSP certification) is highly desired but not required.EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's Degree + 10 years of Systems Engineering experience, ORNo Degree + 14 years of Systems Engineering experience.NOTE: Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer engineering or in a field related to the computer engineering or computer science disciplines.CSG, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer that values the strength of diversity in the workplace.
