We are hiring Youth Specialists at both the Heery and Farano Centers to support youth in a structured, supportive, and therapeutic environment. These are ongoing openings, and we welcome applicants for full-time, part-time, and per diem roles . Shifts vary and may include days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.
As the Youth Specialist & Child Care Worker, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:
- Provide daily care, supervision, and emotional support to residents and their children (if applicable)
- Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of all residents at all times
- Supervise youth during visits with family members or identified visitors, following Family Plans and case plans
- Plan and implement a balanced daily routine and group living experiences
- Provide coverage at any CMS residential program as assigned
- Transport clients to school, medical appointments, court dates, visitation, or other activities

1 Full-Time Evening (Sunday-Thursday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
2 Full-Time Evening (Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM; includes alternating weekends)
Per Diem opportunities available, with preference for evening and/or weekend availability.
1 Full-Time Evening (Sunday-Thursday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
1 Full-Time Overnight (Sunday-Wednesday, 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM)
1 Part-Time Overnight (Thursday-Saturday, 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM)
2 Part-Time Day (Friday-Sunday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM)
Weekend Warrior Shifts:
- Saturday AM (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM)
- Sunday AM (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM)
- Sunday PM (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 - 3 years of experience of working with a diverse population
- Valid driver's license
- Must remain awake and alert during entire shift, including overnight
- Must remain on shift until next shift arrives and is briefed
- Must work holiday and weeks when part of the regular schedule
