We are hiring Youth Specialists at the Farano Center to support youth in a structured, supportive, and therapeutic environment. These are ongoing openings, and we welcome applicants for full-time and evening availability.

As the Youth Specialist & Child Care Worker, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:

  Provide daily care, supervision, and emotional support to residents and their children (if applicable)

  n

• n

  Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of all residents at all times

  n
n
• n

  Supervise youth during visits with family members or identified visitors, following Family Plans and case plans

  n
n
• n

  Plan and implement a balanced daily routine and group living experiences

  n
n
• n

  Provide coverage at any CMS residential program as assigned

  n
n
• n

  Transport clients to school, medical appointments, court dates, visitation, or other activities

  n
n

Youth Specialist & Child Care Worker Minimum Salary: $ 17.00/hour

Youth Specialist & Child Care Worker Maximum Salary: $ 20.00/hour

Youth Specialist & Child Care Worker Schedule: 35 hours/week e vening (Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM; includes alternating weekends)

Qualifications:

  High School Diploma or GED

  n
n
• n

  1 - 3 years of experience of working with a diverse population

  n
n
• n

  Valid driver's license

  n
n
• n

  Must remain awake and alert during entire shift, including overnight

  n
n
• n

  Must remain on shift until next shift arrives and is briefed

  n
n
• n

  Must work holiday and weeks when part of the regular schedule

  n
n
