The Boys & Girls Club Of the Northern Plains is seeking a Unit Director to lead day-to-day operations for all Units, Extensions, and Community Impact Sites in Yankton, SD. You will be the face of the Club locally and ensure policy, safety, and program delivery align with the Club's mission.
You will recruit and develop staff, manage budgets, drive community engagement, and oversee fundraising and communications efforts in support of youth development goals.
