Boys & Girls Clubs Of The Tennessee Valley seeks a Program Director to oversee after-school activities and youth development programs at the South Knox area. You will work with the Club Director to manage programs, track youth outcomes, and ensure safety and quality across all youth services.
The role includes mentoring at-risk youth, coordinating staff, and maintaining strong relationships with parents, schools, and community partners to promote Club programs and opportunities.
