Youth for Christ USA seeks a Ministry Site Director to provide spiritual and organizational leadership across multiple ministry sites, building a Christ-centered team and guiding volunteers in authentic Christ-sharing relationships with young people.
You will recruit and train ministry leaders, connect churches to sites, develop RMAs, and model prayer, Bible teaching, and inclusive ministry. A strong emphasis on humility, trust, joy, and diversity guides daily work.
