Innovative Therapeutic Services (ITS) seeks a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide behavioral health services to youth in a structured juvenile detention facility in Maryland. You will conduct assessments, crisis intervention, individual and group therapy, family engagement, treatment planning, and documentation within a multidisciplinary team.

This full-time role is 40 hours weekly with flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays.
