YOUTH COUNSELOR BENEFITS:

YOUTH COUNSELOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: WILL TRAIN, no previous experience necessary.
  • Provide structure and supervision for students in a multi-level building and community setting.
  • Establish yourself as a mentor (teach, model, encourage, support, listen).
  • Attend weekly staff meetings and all required company trainings.
  • Co-facilitate activities.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Requirements to apply for youth counselor:
  • 20 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Pass a Criminal Background Check through the Utah Department of Public Safety's Bureau of Criminal Identification
Requirements if hired:
  • Food Handler's Permit
  • CPR and First Aid Certification within 3o days of hire
  • Attend pre-service and annual trainings as required
