Youth Climbing Programs Director

Central Rock Gym is seeking a Youth Programs Director for our locations in Glastonbury & West Hartford, Connecticut. The candidate will lead youth programs, create schedules, and ensure a supportive environment that fosters skill development and community.

As a director, you will need previous experience working with youth, strong behavior management skills, and at least two years of climbing experience. Weekend availability is required. Join us to inspire the next generation of climbers!
