This position offers a unique opportunity to positively impact a youth's life by providing patient, supportive care and mentorship.

The role is multifaceted, encompassing advocacy, skill building, care coordination, education and role modeling. You will work as part of a dedicated team to make a meaningful difference in the lives of youth. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team of professionals inspiring positive change in the youth we serve.Responsibilities:Use principles and practices of youth development and trauma informed care to create a safe and therapeutic environmentPromote an inclusive, welcoming, and respectful environment that embraces diversityFoster the youth's skills and interests and mentor their positive developmentImplement program activities that are safe and foster personal growth and healthy choicesPromote responsible and healthy decision-making among youthImplement applicable safety and emergency requirements including use of crisis prevention and de-escalation skillsQualifications:High school diploma or related experienceExperience working with youthValid Massachusetts drivers license and have reliable transportationMust be 21 years of age or older by the start dateSchedules Available:7am-3pm, Wednesday-Sunday (Monday/ Tuesday off)3pm-11pm, Thursday-Monday (Tuesday/ Wednesday off)3pm-11pm, Friday-Tuesday (Wednesday/ Thursday off)11pm- 7am, Friday-Tuesday (Wednesday/ Thursday off)Hourly Rate $20.65 - $20.65 USDAt Eliot, we are committed to supporting you at every stage of your career, providing opportunities for growth, purpose, and community.
