In this role you will oversee and coordinate staff and youth in the execution of the daily program plan providing comprehensive interventions in a highly structured, self-contained environment.Responsibilities:Coordinate daily activities for staff and youthSupervise direct care staff ensuring policies are adhered to and expectations are metEnsure safety and security, including security checksAssist in developing and implementing Individual Service Plans (ISPs)Promote teamwork among staff and youth, fostering a supportive environmentHelp youth identify goals and interestsCultivate a positive program environmentAssign and lead daily group activitiesServe as an advocate and role model for youthQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice or related fieldAt least two years experience with the populationValid Massachusetts driver's licenseSupervisory experience is preferredSchedule:7am-3pm, Sunday-Thursday (Friday/ Saturday off)11pm-7am, Tuesday-Saturday (Sunday/Monday off)11pm-7am, Sunday-Thursday (Friday/ Saturday off)Hourly Rate$23.01 - $23.01 USDAt Eliot, we are committed to supporting you at every stage of your career, providing opportunities for growth, purpose, and community.
