Year-Round Camp Operations & Staffing Lead

Camp Lincoln seeks an Assistant Director of Operations and Staffing to join our year-round leadership team in North-Central Minnesota. This role leads seasonal staff recruitment and supports staff development, operational coordination, and planning throughout the year.

Working closely with camp leadership, you will help build a prepared and supported seasonal team and keep daily camp operations organized, contributing to a positive experience for campers and staff.
