A growing real estate owner, operator, and investment firm is seeking a Yardi Support Analyst to support and enhance its Yardi ecosystem across multiple business units. This role combines application support, system administration, reporting, training, and process improvement initiatives.
- Responsibilities Provide Yardi support via ticketing system, email, and phone.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues while maintaining excellent service levels.
- Configure new properties, entities, and system setups.
- Create custom reports and ad hoc reporting solutions.
- Support SQL, SSRS, and Excel-based reporting initiatives.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions.
- Conduct user training and maintain system documentation.
- Partner with accounting, operations, and asset management teams to improve platform functionality.
- Assist with Yardi implementations, upgrades, and module rollouts.
- Develop best practices, procedures, and support documentation.
- Requirements5+ years of Yardi experience in a support, analyst, or administrator capacity.
- Strong understanding of property management and accounting workflows.
- Experience with SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and SSRS reporting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Ability to create custom reports, queries, and stored procedures.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Preferred Experience Experience within a multifamily or commercial real estate environment.
- Experience with modules such as Rent Café, Rent Maximizer, Procure to Pay, Accounting, Budgeting, Commercial, Residential, and Job Cost. xhqgsiq
