Accounting & Finance - GL Accountant
Pay Rate: $70- 95/HR
Ideally would like someone to sit in Houston but open to remote for the right candidate
Must Have Skills:
- Must have Yardi experience
- Property accounting knowledge
- Operating expense recovery
- Mixture of office tower and retail
Nice to have skills:
- Mixture of office tower and retail
- Retail experience would be helpful
Years of Experience:
- Minimum of 5-7
Education:
- Bachelor's degree would be preferred
Software skills:
- Yardi is a MUST
- Good excel skills
- MS Office
Summary: As a CBRE GL Sr. Accountant, you will be responsible for complex accounting activities relating to the maintenance of a complete and accurate general ledger.
