- CDL-A license in good standing
- 2+ years of CDL Class A driving experience
- Sit-down forklift experience
- Satisfactory driving record
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively with individuals at different levels
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (2-2-3 schedule, day or night)
- Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments, including non-climate-controlled conditions
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally, with frequent lifting of 30-50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, kneel, squat, climb, and balance for extended periods
- Vision abilities, including close, distance, and peripheral vision with depth perception
- Operate yard trucks (yard dog or day cab) to move trailers within the facility yard
- Load, secure, and unload cargo as needed
- Maintain communication with the site regarding pickup instructions and schedule changes
- Assist team members with loading tires when required
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and on time
- Demonstrate willingness to learn new skills and processes
- Maintain reliable attendance in accordance with company policies
- Work collaboratively with team members and provide excellent customer service
- Perform additional duties as assigned
