Production Yard AssociateAs a Production Yard Associate, you will support the manufacturing of precast concrete products by preparing molds, finishing concrete, moving materials, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are physically active and thrive in an outdoor industrial setting.What You'll DoPrepare, clean, and assemble concrete forms and molds for production.Assist with pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete products.Remove finished products from molds using safe work practices.Patch, grind, and repair concrete surfaces to meet quality standards.Inspect finished products for defects and report quality concerns.Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.Move raw materials and finished products using forklifts, cranes, or other equipmentAssist with loading, staging, and organizing products in the yard.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.Work with the production team to meet daily production goals.Pay RateStarting at $17.00 per hourWork ScheduleMonday – Friday.
