With the recent acquisition of Port Annapolis & Eastport we have room to expand our Maryland team. Key Responsibilities

• Represent buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of new and pre-owned yachts
• Generate and manage clients through networking, marina presence, referrals, and digital tools
• Conduct vessel showings, sea trials, and client walkthroughs
• Negotiate purchase agreements and guide transactions through closing
• Maintain accurate listings, client records, and market activity
• Collaborate with marina staff, service teams, and marketing support
• Stay current on market trends, inventory values, and product knowledge

Qualifications

• Prior yacht brokerage or boat sales experience required
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindsetProfessional appearance and client-first attitude
