About the Role
An established and highly respected orthopedic and sports medicine organization is seeking an experienced X-Ray Technologist to join its growing team in the Cincinnati area.
In this role, you'll perform diagnostic radiographic procedures while delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced orthopedic environment. You'll work closely with physicians, clinical staff, and patients to ensure high-quality imaging, patient safety, and efficient workflow operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a radiologic technologist who thrives in a collaborative setting and enjoys working with musculoskeletal and orthopedic patients. Candidates who are adaptable, energetic, and team-oriented will be especially successful in this environment.
Required Skills
- Completion of an ARRT-approved Radiologic Technology program
- Active ARRT Certification
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Experience with radiology equipment operation and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of radiation safety practices and patient positioning
- Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and accurate documentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and patient interaction abilities
- Ability to multitask in a busy clinical setting
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Professional demeanor and ability to remain calm under pressure
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Previous orthopedic or sports medicine imaging experience
- Experience working in ambulatory or outpatient settings
- Familiarity with procedure room or surgical imaging workflows
- Traveler experience preferred but not required
