Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide excellent patient care, acting with professionalism and empathy at all times.
- Communicate with radiologists and work efficiently with team members.
- Perform precise, prompt and high quality x‑ray examinations.
- Select appropriate imaging techniques and operate console and peripheral hardware, entering and monitoring patient data.
- Use experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Perform a variety of tasks under general supervision.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology.
- Current Arizona State Licensure.
- Customer service oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Sensitive to the needs of patients.
- Ability to work as a member of a team.
- Ability to follow the instructions of the Radiologist.
- View images and adjust parameters to achieve high quality diagnostic imaging.
- Ability to maneuver equipment.
- Ability to prepare patients for procedures, including moving patients.
