Radiology Technologist at Baylor Surgicare Fort Worth

We are looking for a qualified Radiology Technologist to join our team and provide high‑quality imaging services across multiple specialties including orthopedic, pediatric, and operating room radiology.

Responsibilities

  • Operate X‑ray equipment, including C‑arm and Mini C‑arm, to capture diagnostic radiographs as directed by physicians.
  • Adjust exposure settings, voltage, and current in accordance with radiation safety protocols.
  • Prepare and set up medical supplies, instruments, and protective devices; position patients for required anatomical views.
  • Record film exposure details, label films, and sort as required.
  • Consult with lead X‑ray technologist and radiologist to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Process film following standardized procedures and maintain a clean, orderly work area.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited program in Radiological Technology.
  • Minimum 2 years of prior management experience preferred.
  • AART registration and current CPR certification required.

  • Independent decision‑making skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients, and families.
  • Professional verbal and non‑verbal communication skills.
