More than 2,500 team members at more than 70 Tidelands Health locations bring our healing mission to life each day.A Brief OverviewThe Radiology Aide assists daily with maintaining the appropriate level of department flow.What You Will DoPerforms the input of OP physician orders into Diagnostic Imaging's ITS module.Prints films and CDs needed by patients to further their medical care.Answers and routes phone calls.Assists transporting patients to and from the Diagnostic Imaging Department as needed.Performs accurate documentation of patient medical records.Education QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalentExperience QualificationsPrevious medical experience preferred. Moderate computer skills necessary.Skills And AbilitiesComputer, reading, writing, organizational, and communication skillsGeneral safety skill.Previous direct patient care skills preferred.Licenses And CertificationsBasic Life Support Certified - American Heart Association is required within 30 days of hire. Recertification every two years is required.Physical DemandMedium Physical Demand.
