Onsite Full Time Bio & Pharmacology & Health

Deliver diagnostic excellence—producing high-quality CT images with precision, compassion, and confidence while keeping patients at the center of every exam.

At SimonMed, diagnostic quality starts with you. Our CT Technologists are essential to delivering the advanced outpatient imaging our patients and referring physicians depend on. From complex contrast‑enhanced studies to 3D renderings and cardiac protocols, this role ensures every exam meets the highest clinical standards.

We are looking for a tech who takes pride in precise, diagnostic‑grade images, thrives in a fast‑paced but supportive environment, and brings genuine care to every patient interaction. If you find purpose in high‑caliber clinical work, value efficient workflows and advanced technology, and want to grow within a collaborative team that holds itself to a higher standard—this is where you belong.

Responsibilities

  • Perform high‑quality CT procedures per physician orders and departmental protocols—every time, without fail. Bring expert knowledge of cross‑sectional anatomy, imaging techniques, and contrast administration, and produce diagnostic‑grade images physicians and radiologists count on.
  • Know anatomy, protocols, and equipment. Proficient in PACS and RIS systems, apply ALARA radiation safety principles, and maintain clean, complete, real‑time documentation.
  • Manage your own workflow, keep your room ready, troubleshoot equipment issues on GE, Siemens, or Philips platforms without slowing the team down, adapt to a high‑volume outpatient schedule, and prioritize tasks under minimal supervision.
  • Provide patient empathy: proper identification, clear review of medical history, thorough explanation of the procedure, and genuine care for their comfort and safety. Respond swiftly to contrast reactions and maintain infection control standards.
  • Mentor students rotating through: model best practices, give hands‑on guidance, and foster confidence and professionalism that makes the next generation of CT techs exceptional.

Qualifications

  • ARRT certification in Radiography (R) + Computed Tomography (CT) required.
  • Valid state licensure current (where required).
  • CPR/BLS certified and current.
  • 1+ year of CT experience preferred; outpatient or ambulatory care experience a plus.
  • Proficiency on GE, Siemens, or Philips CT platforms.
  • Fluency in PACS, RIS, and digital image processing.
  • Working knowledge of ALARA and radiation safety principles.
  • Ability to lift/assist patients and thrive in a physically active environment.
  • Strong communication skills with patients, radiologists, and teammates.
  • Ability to manage workflow with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to mentor students and contribute to a positive clinical culture.

Benefits and Work Environment

  • Preventative care for employees: free whole‑body scans to each member.
  • Competitive wages.
  • No nights, no calls, no weekends.
  • Cross‑training opportunities.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) eligibility.
  • Pet insurance.
  • Paid holidays.
  • PTO.
  • Sick time.
