Wyoming Licensed Therapist

To support a growing virtual mental health practice, a full-time Wyoming Licensed Therapist will provide remote outpatient therapy to lower to moderate acuity populations, managing a consistent caseload while benefiting from minimal administrative duties and flexible scheduling. Key responsibilities Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy sessions, focusing on conditions such as anxiety, depression, and trauma Manage a consistent and transparent outpatient caseload with defined goals and no crisis-call responsibilities Make independent treatment decisions while collaborating with clinical leadership for support as needed Required qualifications Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA) Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care) is preferred Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload in a fast-paced environment
