Wyoming Licensed Agent Supervisor

Overseeing daily agent licensing operations, the remote Department Supervisor, Agent Licensing will manage departmental staff, ensure the accuracy of licensing processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows and resolve operational challenges. Key responsibilities: Supervise daily agent licensing operations, including staff assignments and performance monitoring Manage agent appointment and licensing transactions across multiple insurance subsidiaries Conduct process reviews and audits to improve departmental productivity and efficiency Required qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or a college degree preferred Previous supervisory experience in a relevant field Insurance industry experience, preferably in agent licensing Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
